Deliveries and returns

Delivery Policy

Wherever you are, TARZ ART does everything to ensure your delivery is optimal. Deliveries are provided by the Colissimo service (or partner carrier for abroad)<;

​You have ordered one or more items from the Tarz Art online store: you will be delivered within 7 to 10 days following validation of your order, either:

- at your home
- To the desired delivery address
- At the post office of your choice

You will then just have to go to the Colissimo website (or partner carrier for abroad) to track its delivery to you!

IMPORTANT POINT: you will not be able to change the delivery location of an order once it has been validated.

​ Once your order is received:

  • Start by checking that your order is correct. To do this, go to the Tarz Art website with your order number and check that the items ordered and received match. Made a mistake? Contact us at contact@tarzart.com. Are you missing an item from your order?
  • Check your order form, a status of "cancelled" or "sold out" should be mentioned next to it, we are sorry, if the item is no longer in stock and, of course, we have not invoiced it.
  • The item you received doesn't match your order? We apologize! Rest assured, we'll exchange it without any problem. Contact us at contact@tarzart.com

Exchanges and refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return your purchase.

  • Item in good condition:

The product to be returned must be in its original condition, neither damaged nor broken, and with all the elements that compose it, carefully packed in its original box (if it is in good condition for transport) otherwise in a box suitable for its transport with the necessary that it will be necessary to protect the article during transport (kraft, bubble wrap, etc.). You will be reimbursed for the amount of the article ordered as well as the shipping costs within the days following receipt and verification by us of the good condition of the article that you returned to us. The return costs will be borne by the buyer.

You will not be able to choose a refund method other than the one you used when you placed your order. A refund confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
